Welcome to Charlene Chua's store. I am an illustrator living in Toronto. Most of the artwork on sale here are my personal art pieces (as opposed to my commercial work). The prints on sale are made by myself at home on an HP printer with Vivera inks on Canson Digital Fine art paper. Many of my pieces can be enlarged; if you are interested in a large format print, please send me an email. All my prints are signed and shipped in a protective plastic sleeve, accompanied by a stiff cardboard backing (which I get from recycling my cardboard boxes!).

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal.

Shipping

Please ensure that your Etsy address is the address you want the item to be shipped to. If you don't specify an Etsy address, I will use your Paypal address. If you want the item to go to a different recipient/ address, please inform me immediately after purchasing the item.

I use Canada Post to ship my items. If you want the item to be sent by Fed Ex/ UPS, please contact me before purchasing the product. There will be additional costs for choosing to ship items this way.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees applied by Customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

All prints are shipped in a plastic sleeve with a stiff cardboard backing to prevent damage. Other items are packed to minimize damage. However, should your item reach you damaged, please get in touch with me and we will work out a replacement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please allow 3-5 days for production before shipping. I usually make prints after I receive an order, but sometimes this is not possible due to my work schedule.

Please note that purchasing the artwork does not transfer any rights associated with the artwork. If you wish reproduce the image commercially, please send me an email asking about licensing rights.
