Jewelry is shipped within the US and Canada via US Parcel Post. For international shipments, please contact me BEFORE you purchase to allow me to determine the proper shipping cost.

Tutorials are sent via a PDF email attachment, so please make sure your email address is accurate and that your spam filter will allow large attachments. Also, if I am traveling away from home to an art show, then I may not have internet access and so delivery of the tutorial will be delayed. Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not pleased with your purchase (jewelry only), you may send it back to me for a refund of the purchase price. Seriously! I want you to love my work as much as I do, and if you don't, I'd rather have it back so that it's "true" owner can be found someday.

About Argentium (ar-JEN-tee-um) Silver: Argentium is an alloy of sterling silver that was developed in Great Britain in 1996 and is naturally resistant to tarnish. For centuries, sterling silver has consisted of a mixture (an alloy) of silver and copper. In the US, sterling silver is defined by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to be 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Argentium is 93% silver, and the remaining portion a mixture of copper and germanium (a metallic element). When properly treated, Argentium will form a clear layer of germanium oxide on the surface of the metal, which helps protect the silver and copper from reacting with sulphur compounds to form tarnish (silver sulfide and copper sulfide).

What is “gold-filled”? Not to be confused with gold-plate, gold-fill materials have a center core of brass to which a minimum thickness of karat gold is bonded. Also regulated in the US by the FTC, gold-fill must be a minimum of 1/20th (by weight) of karat gold. This layer does not flake off or wear away with normal use. All the gold-fill wire I use is 14 karat and nickel-free.
