Welcome

Thanks for visiting my shop! I aim to provide clear images and descriptions of items for sale and to be sure that items listed are in stock and available, though sometimes with minimal final assembly necessary. All book items are hand assembled and finished, with hand printed covers. Cover bookboard can vary in color somewhat because it is a recycled product. If you ever have questions about the products, please read the description and then email me. I'm always happy to answer queries.

Payment

I prefer payment via paypal, but I will also accept checks. Please note that payment via echeck or paper check will take longer to clear and will cause a little longer delivery time. If I receive an etsy order without a payment notice I will contact you after 1 day. If I receive no response, I will move to cancel the order after 4 days or so.

Shipping

I do my best to mail orders within 3 business days. Usually I am able to provide very quick shipping. All orders are sent via US Postal Service First Class, Priority, or (if a larger order) Parcel Post. International orders will also be sent by USPS Int'l mail.
International Shoppers: If you do not see a shipping option for your country location just send me a message and I'll be happy to set up an additional destination/rate.

Although I always aim to provide good customer service and quick shipping, sometimes what I can do for you, in regards to accelerated shipping, is limited by my day job and other time constraints. Your understanding is appreciated!

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund the price (but not shipping) for returned items in new condition. If there is a problem that is my error I will refund or re-send at my expense.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to custom requests. Some requests are more elaborate and not easily implemented, others are simpler. If you have a wish, don't be afraid to ask. I will let you know whether I can accommodate you.

Retailers - Yes, I do wholesale arrangements. I prefer wholesale but I am also willing to discuss consignment. Send me a message if you are interested in making a wholesale/re-selling arrangement.
