Payment

i now accept payments through RME (revolution money exchange)! if you are not signed up with this service, please let me know and i will send you a referral. it's just like paypal, without the fees!!! there is no cost to you to use this service. if you are already a member of RME, please send payment to: rachelgoldstar [!at] yahoo.com

if you choose to pay via PayPal, please send payment right away (unless you want to upgrade shipping or request insurance...see below for details). if you are paying by money order, send a conversation or email to make arrangements for payment.

PayPal only for international orders.

Shipping

shipping is first class, by default, unless otherwise noted. if you prefer priority or insurance, it will cost extra, please let me know BEFORE you pay and i will send you an invoice detailing your shipping desires!

INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR BREAKABLES. I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

i will ship my paintings & photographs worldwide. please contact me for details.

PLEASE NOTE: i ship twice a week. after payment is received, it takes me 2-3 days to process and package your items. if you need something by a specific date, please let me know. ALSO remember that most photo prints take up to 10 days to ship because they are processed just for you when you place your order. if you need a rush on a photo, please send me a message and we'll see what can be arranged. if you see "IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP", i have that print in stock and it will ship 2-3 days after your payment clears. thank you!

LOCAL AUSTIN RESIDENTS: i appreciate that you want to save on shipping or get your item faster by meeting up with me, but i just don't have time to make this happen. the one exception is if you purchase a painting and can meet me in central/central-east austin area. paintings are the one case where it is better to meet in person because packing a painting and shipping it are quite time consuming and expensive. i happen to get the request to meet up in person quite often. please don't take it personally, i'm a busy girl with more dreams than i can follow. i hope you understand and that we can meet in the future at one of my art shows/openings!

Refunds and Exchanges

i want my shoppers to be happy with what they purchase. most items are non-returnable. if you feel an item has been misrepresented, please contact me and i'm sure we can work something out!

Additional Policies and FAQs

custom orders for paintings in my current series, inspired by abstract expressionists, are accepted and encouraged. half down is required so i can afford to purchase supplies for your custom order. you may choose the canvas size and 3-4 colors you would like for me to work with. these choices (mainly size) will determine your price. just send me a message if you have any questions!
