Welcome to LuckyLibra Designs or ('LLD' as we like to say!) where we are not just bringing sexy back, we OWN it!

** Please convo with any ideas, thoughts, feedback or even just a friendly hello! We are always happy to meet a "new face" or to hear your ideas, thoughts or feedback!

** You can also find us at: http://TheLuckyPickle.etsy.com (TLP) for a wide variety of craft destash/leftovers, whacky and fun accessories and a general buffett of unique goodies!

** 'LLD' and 'TLP' are Trade Friendly! We will consider any trade offer, but please do not be offended if we are unable to trade with you right away. We do alot of shopping here on Etsy and may not need what you have in stock at the moment...but that is not an "always" statement! :0)

Payment

** Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase if you are using Paypal. If you are sending a Money Order, please send a Convo that you have mailed it within 3 days of purchase.

** We gladly accept RME (Revolution Money Exchange) as a payment method. If you would like to be invoiced via RME, please be sure to include the email address that is associated with your RME account in your note to seller and use the "OTHER" payment method selection.

Not sure what RME is? Its a payment system, that works much like a simplied version of Paypal, but does not carry any fees for either Buyer OR Seller. If you would like to set up a RME account, send your email address via an Etsy Convo and we will forward the information on to you.

** We do not at this time accept Personal Checks, but are able to accept Money Orders or Cashier's Check. If you are using this payment method, please Convo us after your have checked out to let us know you have mailed the paymemt.

** If you have purchased more than one item, or have purchased with a coupon “code” or during a sale, please send a Convo when you have finished shopping, and we will be happy to send you a revised Paypal or RME invoice.

** International customers: You are responsible to pay any customs fees or import duty taxes.

Shipping

** We ship EVERYwhere! :)

** First item purchased ships for FREE to US and Canada - Everyday!

** U.S orders are usually sent First Class. Depending on the weight and size of your order, we might opt to upgrade (at no additonal cost to you) to Priority Shipping.

** International orders are sent with whichever method is the most economical - due to the fact we have tried to keep the cost down for our Buyers, and for ourselves. Usually this is International Parcel Post, however, depending on the size and wieght of your order, we might opt to upgrade (at no additonal cost to you) to International Priority Shipping.

** All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. We ship Monday – Friday.

** Once the item is shipped, you will receive a convo with confirmation or tracking number if applicable as well as an alert regarding any shipping overages that are being refunded to you.

** Our shipping charges are flat rate and are shown in each item. If you are unsure, please send a Convo prior to purchase so we can confirm for you. Please see our refund section regarding shipping overage refunds.

** If Etsy does not have your country listed. In these cases, please send a Convo us and we will set up a listing just for you, with the correct shipping costs.

** All orders are lovingly packaged in gift boxes or bags. We do our best to reuse items that we have received or have on hand (nothing junky!) as to be as earth friendly as possible! All items will be encased in bubble or other protective wrap, and sent in a sturdy envelope or package. If for some reason your item is received damaged, please send us an E-mail or Convo us immediately!

** We often will add freebies to your package, business cards or affiliate business cards, you never know what you will get! :) If you are a fellow Etsy Artisian and would like to swap business cards, please convo.

** International customers: You are responsible to pay any customs fees or import duty taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

** All purchases are 100% refundable within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are gladly welcomed as an alternative to refund. Perhaps a different piece will suit you better! Please use care when sending back the pieces; preferably reuse the packaging we sent it to you in.

** For customers using Paypal or RME: We will gladly refund overages on shipping charges that exceed more than $2. Please allow 2 business days from shipment to see this refund notification sent to you.

** We are not able to refund shipping charges for customers using Money Orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

** The length of our necklaces and bracelets are usually on the ample side. However, we happily can adjust it for a perfect YOU fit!

** We do not charge for shortening, however some pieces that require additional length might incurr additional costs. Please send a Convo to discuss or consider submitting a custom request.

** Earrings can be either hoops OR hooks unless otherwise stated. Leave your desired ear wire choice in note to seller during checkout.

** Please treat your jewelry with love, and it will love you back! We will gladly cover repairs within 30 days of purchase, if you encounter a break that should not have occurred with normal wear and care.

** Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping, but will gladly cover repair costs and shipping back to you, once the repairs are completed.

** Once the piece arrives back to us, we will convo you with an estimate of return so that you will know we received your piece and when to expect it back.

** Most pieces are created with silver plate findings and clasps. For an additional fee, a sterling silver clasp might be available. This will be noted in the actual listing. We do our best to avoid findings that contain nickel. If you are uncertain, please convo us for details.

** Custom orders are gladly welcomed! Please use the Custom Order request feature on our shop front, to begin your adventure in a perfect and unique piece, built just for you!

** We welcome inquiries for wholesale and consigment. Please send us a Convo to discuss the opportunity.

** We will gladly leave feedback for you once you have done so for us. That ensures your transaction is satisfactory and allows both of us to find our happily ever after with your purchase! :)
