All items are made in my small non-smoking apartment that is scent free, and are shipped wrapped in kraft tissue paper and/or hand-stamped kraft bags, no plastic.

Payment

Included in the cost are the recycled - and recyclable - envelopes used: recycled padded mailers or recycled cardboard envelopes.

Shipping

Canada Post ground shipping ships within 1 week to two across North America, and is extremely reliable. Tracked expedited shipping is a flat rate $8, so let me know before you check out and I can adjust the shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any items lost in shipping will be refunded 100% after the delivery time guarantee of 5 weeks for North American, and 7 weeks for overseas.
