Payment

Orders are shipped after payment is recieved. I accept paypal only...but paypal does have features that allow you to pay with a credit card or other orders. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please check the paypal website and follow the steps to set up an account. (I know its an extra step, but its not hard)

Shipping

I ship out orders once a week and try to honor special requests as best I can. It may take as long as 2 weeks to get your order, but usually my turn-around time is much shorter than that.

Refunds and Exchanges

Its only happened twice, but if something arrives bent or damaged, please let me know! I do my best to pack things well, but I really want you to be happy with your order.
