Welcome

JNSart is a store offering genuine handmade objects such as charms and jewelry. All items are designed and made by the artist. Do not reproduce of copy any of the items seen here or on subsequent websites, i.e. Deviant Art, without the full consent of JNSart.

Payment

Paypal is the prefered method but money orders can be accepted if necessary.

Shipping

Shipping generally consists of a flat rate of $2.00 USD for United States customers and $4.00 USD for international customers. Any change in shipping will be indicated in the item description as well as posted under the S&H on that page. All shipping does include shipping insurance and items are shipped USPS parcel mail. If you would like overnight or any other shipping upgrade please contact me via etsy conversation or email BEFORE purchase and I will give you the new pricing information and remove that item from Etsy. Prices are subject to change when necessary.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges but contact me via email or etsy conversations and we can work something out. This is handled on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Wholesale orders are accepted. Please contact me with the item you wish to purchase, the number of that item that you need and any time deadlines that you have as well as contact information (email, phone # and/or shipping address). I will determine if this is feasible and contact you with a price quote.

Custom orders are always accepted. Please contact me via email or etsy conversation with the item you are looking for and any pictures that you may have that will be helpful as well as your contact information and I will contact you with a price quote and how long the item will take to produce. Usually items take a week to create and ship. Please be aware that prices will change to reflect the detail and size or the item.

JNSart offers a quality guarentee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your item please do not hesitate to contact me via email or etsy conversation. If an item is ever broken in the shipping process please contact me via email or etsy conversation and that item will be replaced free of charge.
