Payment

Money Order/Cashiers Check, Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.

I DO NOT TAKE personal checks however I do take money orders or credit cards ( CC payments thru Pay Pal). I take PAY PAL ONLY. I accept all currencies. Pay Pal is fast, secure and protects the buyer and seller.

Shipping

Free to all US military APO/FPO addresses. I ship from a military APO address, Priority Mail. Shipping rates are based on ZIP code locations and weight unless FLAT SHIPPING RATE is applied. Other locations than USA. Shipping rates are still bases on US Postal Rates to Country location. Please allow 2-3 weeks on shipping since I am shipping from overseas. I ship WORLD WIDE TO SELECTED COUNTRIES ONLY.

Refunds and Exchanges

30 days from shipping return policy on all serious damage goods. Item must be return to Sandra Bilokonsky in order of refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Disclaimer:
Unless otherwise noted, silver and gold plated ear post/wires/hooks are used in all earrings. I try my best to identify materials used when I recycle old jewelry, into my collections. I make mistakes, I am only human on these identifications. Vintage silver at times is NOT marked .925 or some markings may have worn down, silver tarnished over time- I wipe all silver down before shipping, therefore can not guarantee non-tarnish silver. All silverware art/jewelry is made out of various vintage/found silverware- I DO NOT re-silver/coat those items- therefore they will contain one or more of the following: blemishes, cuts, scraps and/or discoloration. I do try to high buff out as much as I can. Honestly that is the best part of those items, because it gives a charm and story to the piece. I also use VINTAGE brass in some of my items, therefore a natural green patina may appear on item. To the best of my knowledge, most of my supplies are nickel free, unless otherwise noted. Once again on VINTAGE parts I can not guarantee nickel free, therefore if you have an allergy I suggest not buying, unless you have worn VINTAGE before without any issues.
