I'm a Self-Representing Artist (SRA #V-2).

Payment

My shop is set up to accept PayPal. If you live in RI, RI Sales Tax is collected during Checkout with PayPal. Payment is due within three days of your purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Please convo me if there is to be a delay in payment.

Shipping

My scheduled shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. I do try to ship orders sooner if possible. If you need your order to go out asap, please let me know via convo or a note in the buyer’s section of your order. I will do the best that I can for you.

Orders are shipped to the address connected with your PayPal.

Purchases within the US are shipped using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation through the USPS. DH used to work for them and has told me stories about how packages are handled. By using Priority Mail, we feel that your beads have a better chance of arriving at their new home safely. If you'd rather have them shipped First Class (with Delivery Confirmation), please contact me. I'll send you a revised invoice.

I do ship internationally. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to recent phishing attempts and harassment from a person in Texas aimed towards artisans, mostly lampworkers/jewelers, bakers and soapmakers, refunds and returns will not be given without prior approval. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I leave feedback once I know that you have received your order. Please let me know when you get your piece(s) so that I can leave feedback. I'm not expecting you to leave feedback first, a convo telling me you got it/them will be fine :-)
