Welcome to Gilfling's Designs Accessories.

~ I am open to commissions for my accessories - please contact me if you wish to discuss ideas.

~ I only use quality materials and take great care and give attention to detail to each item, however if you are not happy with any item, let me know as soon as possible so that we can work through an arrangement in order that we can all be happy!!

Payment

~ Paypal payments must be completed on purchasing the item. If payment is not received within 24 hours, and I have received no contact from you then the item shall be relisted and the transaction reported to etsy.

~ I much prefer paypal for all transactions, however will accept cheques or postal orders from within the UK.

~ I will only accept international cheques under certain circumstances and it is with the understanding that buyer pays the additional $10 fee I am charged for putting a cheque into my account. International cheques can take up to a month to clear and under no circumstances will any items be mailed out until all funds are cleared in my account. It is for this reason that paypal is my prefered option for convenience to myself and buyer.

Shipping

~ I do ship internationally and am happy to combine shipping for multiple items.

~ Items are generally shipped with 3-4 days if not sooner.

~ All UK orders will be shipped first class and international orders will be shipped airmail unless otherwise requested.

~ Customer is liable for any customs payments due for their particular country. Please check your own countries customs regulations if you are unsure.

~ Small items such as cuffs and brooches now come gift boxed in recycled packaging.

~ I try to recycle packaging as much as possible such as bubble mailers - however I will always ensure your items are packaged safely and securely.

Refunds and Exchanges

~ Refunds will only be given for damaged goods.

~ All items are mailed as described and photographed. If you are not happy with any item, please let me know as soon as possible and I am happy to offer an exchange with customer liable for extra shipping costs.

~ I open to wholesale orders for some of my items with a minimum order. Please contact me for enquiries.
