Payment

I don't ship an item before I recieve payment so please take that in to consideration when expecting your item. :)

Shipping

If you would like to have insurance on your item please ask and I'll make a listing to cover the costs.

If you are not happy with your order (gasp!) please contact me. :) I'll work with you so that either: you get a store credit in exchange, we locate a missing item, or I send another item. I do not offer refunds. If you would like insurance please ask and I'll make a listing to cover the costs.
