I make jewelry because I love it, not because I have to. I take price of the piece I make. I promise that you will receive a good quality jewelry. If the piece your purchase breaks because of reasonable cause (this doesn't include if you accidentally drop the piece in a garbage disposal...) within one year of purchase, I will repair it or replace it with something comparable.

All of my items are handmade, not machine made. There may be some imperfection to some of the items that won't meet our high quality standard. The imperfection won't visible when you wear it and I would sell them as "almost perfect" items for less than regular priced items.

What is "925" mean on my piece?
Most of the pieces is made from sterling silver. If possible, I would stamp "925" in a conspicuous place which means the piece is made from sterling silver.

Payment

I accept Paypal. WI resident pays 5.1% sales tax. Payment is to received within 3 days after check out. I believe that my etsy customers are great and they will pay on time. However, if I don't receive any payment after 3 days, I reluctantly will have to leave a negative feedback

Shipping

Shipping method I use the most is USPS priority for $4.95. Item will ship 1-2 days after payment is received. If your shipping is less than $4.95, it's a first class.

I use USPS first class for international and sometimes domestic. This doesn't have tracking system. Once the item is shipped, it is USPS responsibility to have the item delivered safely to you.

Shipping days for first class are Tuesdays. All items (excluding custom orders) is to be paid by Monday for Tuesday shipping. Please contact me if you need the item to arrive at a certain date. I will try to accommodate your needs.

Insurance optional but recommended. I'm not responsible for the damages once the item is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If the item is not as described, you may return it within 7 days after received.
