Payment

I accept PayPal, personal checks (drawn on US banks) and US Postal money orders.

I also have a personal merchant account which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. If you are interested in this form of payment, please choose "other" as your form of payment and include an email address when checking-out. A secure payment link will be sent to your email address. I will not have access to your financial information, a simple "accepted" or "declined" statement is all I will receive.

Shipping

Most items are shipped the day after payment is received (unless it is a Sunday or Holiday). I will send you either an email or convo when your item ships.

I am still learning the appropriate pricing for international shipping, so please bear with me. Also, if you are ever grossly overcharged for shipping, I will refund the difference!!

Please, please, please...if your PayPal shipping address and Etsy shipping address are not the same...please let me know which address you would like me to ship your item(s) to in the "Buyer's Comments" section upon check-out. I WILL NOT ship your order until I have verification from you which address to use. Most of my items are overstock and/or one-of-a-kind items and cannot be replaced if they are mailed to an incorrect address!!

I utilize USPS First Class mail, however, if you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority ($5.00) please send me a quick note and I will promptly adjust the listing for you.

Insurance is available upon request. Orders totalling more than $20 will include Delivery Confirmation (tracking).

Refunds and Exchanges

Most items are studio overstock or one-of-a-kind pieces and may not be able to be replaced if lost or damaged.
