Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal). Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! Simply click on the "Pay with PayPal" button after you checkout and choose the "use your credit card" option on the left side of the PayPal screen. I will never see your credit card information this way, and you don't have to worry about not having a PayPal account! Here's a very nice and easy tutorial if you need help:

I would appreciate it if payments were made within three days of the purchase date. I also reserve the right to cancel a sale if payment is not made and I don't hear from you.
Shipping
I use USPS to ship you your package. I always make sure to package my items in a way that will not harm them so they can make it to you in perfect condition. U.S. Shipping is $2.00 for the first item and free for each additional item. International shipping is $2.50 for the first item and free for each subsequent item. Insurance can be added at additional cost, but please convo me before paying so I may adjust the price. Also, if you would like tracking information, please be sure to request it, otherwise I will tell you when your order ships and about how long it will take to receive it. I will ship the item out within three days after payment is received (International can take up to five days)--however, if one of those days is a day the post office is closed then it may take four days (or six days international).
International Buyers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees that are the responsibility of the buyer. If this is the case, I will e-mail you a revised invoice from PayPal to charge the extra shipping. If you are unsure about shipping, please convo me or contact your local customs office for more information.
If there is a discrepancy between your PayPal address and Etsy address, I will try to contact you before the item is sent so I can send it to the correct one. However, if I don't hear from you within 72 hours then I will ship to the Etsy address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the jewelry is damaged through shipping, I will gladly refund what you paid, minus shipping costs. I never anticipate my jewelry breaking, but I will refund, replace, or fix your item if it breaks under normal strain up to 60 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be given after I receive the broken item. If you did not ask for a tracking number and/or additional insurance, I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will gift wrap for free if you're giving the item as a present, just because you're so nice, simply put it in "notes to seller" when you check out!
