Payment

I accept payments through PayPal only.
Please pay within 3 days of purchase unless other agreement have been made.

* For instant PayPal payment: I'll send your item within 3 business days.
* For PayPal e-check: I'll send the item after the payment clears.

Shipping

I ship (Monday to Friday) through an Israeli registered mail within 3 business days of payment.
If you need your item badly, I can ship it with EMS service and you'll get it within 3 business days, just convo me and let me know first and I'll give you all the details and update the listing for you.
U.S buyers can track their shipped items at usps.com, please convo me if you need your tracking number.
I pack my items carefully and do my best to make them arrive to there destination safe and whole.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can try to work out the problem.
If we can't solve the problem, you can return your purchase within 14 days and I can exchange the item for something else or give you a full refund less shipping costs.
Please communicate with me, it's the best way for both parts.
