PhonyArt on Etsy is pleased to be able to provide jewelery designed and sized to meet your individual needs. All work can be created in most sizes with no additional labour charges.

Payment

Currently I accept PayPal, electronic bank transfers and checks. Custom orders will not be started and items will not ship until your payment is fully cleared and secure.

I am currently looking into the possibility of adding RME and google checkout to my accepted forms of payment, but as I am not located within the USA there are some challenges which must first be worked out.

Shipping

Packaging

All finished items from PhonyArt are shipped packaged for gift giving. You will NEVER be disappointed or embarrassed of the outward packaging, as at PhonyArt we believe that our quality should be visible in all aspects of our business.

Supplies are shipped to attempt to prevent any damage, and as well to ship the least expensive way possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are described and pictured as thoroughly as possible. Items are returnable only if they are significantly not as described. I will only accept pre-authorized returns on all items. Please contact me via conversation on Etsy or by email to discuss any issues pertaining to your order.

FAQ

Q What sizes do you carry?
A PhonyArt is here to serve you, as such there are no upper and lower limits to our size range. Currently the smallest ring I have done is a -1, and the largest is a +14. My bracelets and bangles can generally be made to a full 10 inches. For pendants listed as including a chain I generally offer a choice of sizes based on what I have in stock when your purchase, but always to 22", and often to 24". MY earrings can also be sized for puffier earlobes.

Q Do you Charge for (ring) sizing
A I charge for extra materials, but I do not charge for the labour.

Q How often do you ship?
A As often as necessary. I do not have set shipping days, and go to the post office whenever I have packages ready to go.

Q Can I get my item gift wrapped?
A Always

Q I have ordered a custom item, when must I remit payment?
A My custom work process involves a number of stages. I will send you a set of sketches and include one set of mild revisions free of charge. It then require a 50% payment for any further sketches/waxes. 100% of payment must be received before work begins on the final item

Q When will you leave feedback?
A I leave feedback as soon as the transaction is complete. From my point of view that is as soon as I know you have gotten your piece and are satisfied. I know that either via you sending me an email, or leaving feedback. I have NEVER left negative feedback for a buyer. I do not intend to start.
