Payment

PayPal only.
Payments made with E-check will not be sent until payment clears.

Shipping

I ship twice a week.

*DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING*
- Orders over $10 will ship USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders under $10 will ship USPS First Class.
- To prevent shipping delays, please make sure to notify me of the correct mailing address if the address on your Etsy receipt does not match the address listed on your PayPal account.
- All items will ship with tracking of delivery confirmation.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*
- All international packages will ship via United States First Class International mail. Shipping time generally ranges from 10 - 15 days, but can take as long as 4-6 wks per USPS guidelines.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, levies, and other applicable fees for their purchase.
- Sorry, but tracking is only available on Priority Mail International packages. If you are interested in upgrading please contact me to make arrangements

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will only be given if there is a defect in craftsmanship. Please contact me for further details.

Custom Orders:
Refunds on custom orders will only be given if there is a defect in craftsmanship or the if the work done is the not the work clearly communicated as needing done by the buyer.
IF you should change your mind about custom order work after the first 50% is paid, you forfeit your payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I LOVE doing custom orders.
Please contact me if you are interested and we can decided on a bag or wallet that is just right for you.

I require UP FRONT payment on custom orders, as I often have to purchase supplies. If you are placing a large custom order ($100 or more), I would be more than happy to split payment - 50% before, and 50% upon completion.
Special Pricing is available for orders of 5+ items. Clutches and wallets make great bridesmaid's gifts!

Special Orders can be rushed for a price of $5.00 PER ITEM (not transaction).
