All of Raimbow Tree's goods are made by one lovely lady, in her lovely studio in her lovely house.

Payment

Payment should be made withen 24 hours please unless you make special arrangements with me. If you are paying by money order or check, please send payment to:

Shipping

I ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. If you are placing a custom order with me I will contact you when your piece is finished and send you pictures before I send your item off.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept refunds and/or exchanges if the piece has not been worn and/or shows signs of wear and tear. I will give a full refund if you are not satisfied, but please return the item in it's original condition (within 30 days please) to:
