Payment
*I accept Paypal payment and European customers (in EU countries) can also pay via bank transfer to my Finnish bank account. Choose then 'other' as a payment method and I will send you my IBAN and SWIFT codes.

*Please check your ETSY ADDRESS, I will use that as a shipping address or leave the address you want the item to be shipped to 'messages to the seller' when purchasing.
*I am not responsible of customs or taxes some countries may have. Please check your country's customs requirements before purchasing.
Shipping
*Because I live quite far from the post office I ship only twice in a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. To make sure you get your order for the next shipping day, place your order on Monday or Thursday night latest(payment received). Orders made on Tuesday will be send out next Friday and orders made on Friday will be send out on next Tuesday.
*I ship internationally using Turkish Airmail, registered mail with delivery confirm.
*Shipping time is normally 7-10 business days overseas, 4-6 days to Europe, but it can take few days more.

*All my products are shipped in light bubble mailers to secure the safe shipping with no extra weight.

Refunds and Exchanges
*Purchase is final. Please choose carefully and read the item description. In case the item is damaged or lost on the way please contact me within 2 days of receiving the damaged item or in case of disappearance after 4 weeks from the shipping day. I will replace it with the same or similar item. The return shipping is on customer.
