Welcome to Orchid Nox Designs! I specialize in jewelry that will fit the more fluffy folks in our lives - including ourselves! As a big girl, I believe that jewelry should be fashionable, stylish, and most importantly - comfortable.

Payment

I accept Paypal and credit cards.

If you chose to pay with a check or a money order, your order will be held for you until your check/money order arrives and clears. Once it clears, your order will be mailed to you.

Please be aware that I live in the United States. As such, foreign currency is hard to exchange, so money orders should be in USD form. Thank you!

Shipping

I ship in padded, self-sealing envelopes using Paypal mailing lables. On orders over $25, I will insure your purchase for mailing. If you would like me to insure your items, please let me know and I will do so free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued only if the item is returned in its original packaging and in the original condition at sale-time.

If an item arrives to you damaged, I will replace the item for free. If it is lost in the mail, and uninsured, I will not be able to replace the item, but you may recieve store credit.

As all of my items are pre-made (unless it is a custom item), I may be unable to make an exact duplicate to what you have ordered, but I will try my best.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am mailing from Akron, Ohio. While the US postal service is technically reliable, occasionally packages may not arrive in the 7-14 working-day window I aim for. Please be patient. If your items have not been recieved a month from original purchase, please let me know by convo or email (orchid.nox@gmail.com). Thank you!
