I love making things, and I love making people happy!

Payment

Please make a payment within 24 hours via PayPal, or let me know if you run into any problems.

If you would like to enquire about another method of payment, please send me a message!

Shipping

If I'm making something specifically for you, eg. a painting, I would allow up to 2 weeks, that's just in case I run into any problems or am a wee bit busy. If you need it for a certain date, don't hesitate to tell me and I will do my very best to get it sent to you for then.

For other items I usually post the within 1-2 working days :)

I will send you a message when I expect to ship the item, just to let you know when it's on it's way!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't happy with an item, please return it within 2 weeks in it's original condtion and I will refund the item price, minus the shipping when I recieve the item back.

This doesn't apply for custom items.

I don't accept responsibility for items damaged in the post (but I do wrap them really well).
