Payment

I'm happy to accept PayPal, checks, and money orders in US currency. Please pay promptly! After three days I relist unless you convo me and we work out something.

Shipping

I will ship within three days of cleared payment with delivery confirmation. USPS insurance is available upon request for $1.65.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

All items come from a smoke free home that also contains two fluffy kitties. I try to keep the fur away, but I can't guarantee a complete lack of stray hairs (theirs or mine!)

Sometimes I have samples from other artisans that I include in boxes - please let me know if you're sensitive to fragrances in your notes to seller during the checkout process.

Right now I'm not doing specific custom orders, but if you see a style of something you like but would like it in a different color or fiber, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

Note that while I strive for accurate color portrayal, monitors are not always accurate to real life. If color is of absolute importance, shoot me an convo with your address and I'll send you a sample of the yarn.
