Welcome and thank you for visiting Handcrafted by Janice! Our shop features handcrafted greeting cards and occassionally, other kinds of stationery. We are constantly designing and creating new cards and our inventory is updated almost daily. Remember to come back to see all the new goodies we've added! Many of our cards have a whimsical feel to them, but we aren't strangers to experimenting with different styles. We just love customizing cards specifically for your special event, so don't be shy, drop a line and let us know what you're looking for!

Payment

At this time, we can only accept secure payments through PayPal. If payment is not received within 24 hours of order being placed, the item will be relisted for sale.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. We are currently shipping orders to both the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $1.50(USD) for your first item. Each additional item will be shipped at no charge. All orders will be shipped within 3 days of ordering, unless notified otherwise. You will receive a message from Handcrafted by Janice notifying you that your order has been shipped. All cards are wrapped in cellophane packaging and shipped with care. Handcrafted by Janice is able to customize any greeting card and ship it directly to your recipient at your request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of ordering for store credit. All custom orders are final. Handcrafted by Janice can not be responsible for orders lost or damaged in the mail.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Handcrafted by Janice is open to all wholesale, consignment, bulk order, and custom requests. Just send us a convo letting us know what you're looking for. Gift wrapping services are available. All merchandise is handcrafted and shipped from a smoke-free home.
