Thanks for visiting Draknor Designs! I suppose I will start with a little bit about my history. I wrote my first website more than ten years ago when I was 13 years old. Since then I have taken on new ideas, new talents, and new abilities. I have extensive knowledge of many programming and scripting languages.

Creativity is what makes or breaks a web designer. Anyone can learn a programming language, but it takes a creative eye to use those abilities once you have them. When I am not writing code I like to write novels; so I like to think I am generally creative anyway.

If you do not have a hosting account or domain, do not worry! I can assist you in setting all of this up in your own name. The servers I use guarantee a 99.9% Uptime and are the most affordable rates around. (These rates will be in addition to my prices and will be paid by you separately.)

Payment

For template designs, payment must be made upon purchase. I will update the existing templates with your information based on what you send me.

For custom web work I require half of the payment amount up front, and half upon delivery. (see refund rules below)

PLEASE NOTE: I share a Paypal account with my wife who also sells here. Because of this you may get a message that the payment was sent to "samantha@oldbutnew.net." Do not worry about it, I still have received your payment!

Shipping

Shipping prices will always be free for my work as I incorporate shipping costs into my price. All purchases from me come with a CD backup of your website for your records as well as a certificate of authenticity signed and dated by me that I will not re-use any artwork or designs that I do for you. (This is how I guarantee to you your work is unique.)

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer a 100% refund only on custom work. When I work with clients I go through a series of checkpoints to make absolutely sure that we are on the same page and that you like the work I do for you! I have never gotten to the end of a project and had a customer that was not completely satisfied!

All sales are final for template work. I clearly show what you will be buying in my listings.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority! Please let me know at any point if you are not satisfied and I will take every step to get you there. If I haven't earned a 10-out-of-10 for my services, stop and talk to me about it.
