All things I create are made with love and happiness. I do this because I love it and I like to think that my joy is transferred just a little bit into each piece I make.

I try to create something unique and full of character with each creation.

Payment

I only accept PayPal or Revolution Money Exchange payments. Sorry, I will not accept checks or money orders due to bad experiences in the past.

I require immediate payment. Please do not click "COMMIT TO BUY" if you are unable to pay immediately. No exceptions. Same goes for cancellations of your order. Unless there are extreme circumstances surrounding why one cannot pay, there will be no cancellations. It's called "COMMIT TO BUY" for a reason.

Shipping

I ship using USPS, but I can upgrade to UPS or FedEX upon request with additional shipping charges.

I will ship out the next day after the item is completed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will only refund or exchange items that are defective upon arrival. I will not refund items lost in the mail seeing as that is not my responsibility. Once the item leaves my possession and enters that of the postal service it is no longer in my hands. If you're worried about your item getting lost in the mail, I will happily add insurance to your postage at the appropriate cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please keep in mind that I create in a pet friendly home with a puppy who sheds. I do promise however, that there will be no hedgehog quills in your creation. =D

Also, my in-laws currently live with us and they are smokers, so if you're sensitive to the smell of smoke please keep this in mind. I will make every effort I can to ensure that your item arrives to you as clean and fresh as possible. I will wash all crocheted items with a mild all natural soap and package and ship the item as quickly as possible to help insure it doesn't absorb too much stink. I know this is frustrating. Believe me, I live with it every day.
