Welcome to CubedPop!
All purchases made in my shop are subject to these policies.

Payment

PAYMENT: All payment must be made within 3 days of purchase, or the sale will be canceled and the item relisted. Payment may only be made via Paypal. If you need to pay with a different method, please contact me so we can work something out.

Shipping

SHIPPING: Items will be carefully packaged and shipped within three days of payment via USPS or UPS. Delivery may take up to a few weeks, please contact me if you need expedited shipping or special shipping instructions.

If you order a custom product such as tags, they may take up to a week to create and ship out. Providing as much information as you can when ordering will speed up the process! Thank you!

SHIPPING ADDRESS: I will ship via paypal. Please make sure your paypal and etsy shipping addresses match. If they do not, please be sure to contact me and let me know which to use, otherwise I will have to contact you and this will slow down your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If an item does not have overseas shipping listed, please contact me for a quote. All listed international shipping prices are estimated.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: An item may be returned within 10 days of receipt if there is a problem with the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Customers are advised to purchase insurance or delivery confirmation on their returns. Refunds will be made only after items are returned in the same condition as when bought.
