Payment

I can accept all forms of payment. Paypal is preferred but if you prefer, I can accept credit cards over the phone. If you are not going to use paypal, please put a note in when you check out, how you would like to pay.

Shipping

Orders usually ship out the next day and arrive within a week. Most of my card orders are shipped USPS and my pottery orders are shipped Fedex. All items listed on Etsy are available for immediate shipment. Please note: USPS does not offer tracking number on International Orders. International customers should convo us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in making sure my customers are extremely happy with their purchase. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately (within 1 week of receipt). I will either refund the price of the item, or offer a similar piece as a replacement and I will pay shipping to you.

If the item arrives and is not as described in the item description or you simply would like to return it, you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charges) or exchanged for something else within 30 days.

In the case of all returns you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please return in original package as to keep the pottery protected. Please purchase insurance for returns. Your money will be refunded once the piece safely arrives.
