ABOUT MY ART DOLLS
What is an "Art Doll?" Although dolls/figures depicting the human form have been around for thousands of years, the idea of the "doll as art" is relatively new. I believe we humans have an inherent need to "recreate ourselves," or express our thoughts, emotions, inner psyche, fears, etc. in a tangible and concrete way. Art dolls are not toys. There are no "rules" in their creation, and can be made from every imaginable material; whether sculpted, assembled, sewn, stitched, drilled, needlefelted, glued... the only limitations exist within your own imagination.
I refer to my one-of-a-kind art dolls as "Elementals." As civilization has become more removed from nature, I strive to portray that we humans ARE connected to the natural world. I create and offer them as gentle and sometimes whimsical reminders of this fact.

ABOUT MY GREETING/NOTE CARDS:
All of my greeting/note cards feature my own digital photography or artwork. Each card is individually printed, scored and cut by hand.
Please contact me prior to ordering if you would like to customize an order- for example, a particular phrase or saying on the inside; or a particular set of notecards other than what is listed- I will adjust the listing to accomodate your particular needs.

Payment

I prefer payment via Paypal. Payments must be received within seven days of purchase. I will send a payment reminder after day four via email, and I will cancel the order after day seven if I have not heard from you. (Please note it is not required to have a paypal account to purchase an item via paypal).

Shipping

Purchases will be shipped within 3 business days (most often the next day) after receipt of payment, via USPS first class with delivery confirmation on all packages as applicable, except individual greeting cards.

PLEASE NOTE: Average shipping time is 4 to 7 business days (7 to 10 days international). I take great pride in excellent customer service and quick shipping. International orders (including Canada) are occasionally lost, with no way of tracking them once leaving the US border and entering the postal system of the buyer's own country. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY.

Combined shipping is offered to help reduce shipping costs.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. Items will be carefully packaged, and notice will be sent to you via convo/email when item has been shipped out. I will include your delivery confirmation number as applicable. I include insurance on my art dolls as reflected in the shipping cost; I do not charge "handling fees." I will re-imburse shipping charges that are over $1.00 the cost to ship.

I strive to be very accurate in the exact cost of shipping and do everything possible to keep the cost as low as possible, while ensuring your item arrives well-packaged.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes etc. that are charged by the buyer's country. I will not accept returns due to these fees, so please refer to your own customs agency for more information.
International purchases will be shipped First Class International and are shipped at your own risk.
I cannot be responsible for lost packages as I am unable to track them internationally. Please contact if you prefer an upgrade to Global Express or Global Priority Insured.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Return item(s) in original, undamaged condition and packaging within 10 business days after you have received item. You will be refunded for cost of item (minus shipping charges), after I have received the returned item.
