Payment

Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase. We accept all forms of paypal as well as Money orders that are sent in a timely manner.

Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Ready made items go out within 2 business days of recieving cleared payment. For custom items please refer to the description for shipping details, ship time is usually about 5-7 business days.

We offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases. Highest shipping cost first then each additional item will ship for 1.00 each.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade items and custom orders I do not take returns or exhanges unless there has been a error on our part. We are also not responsible for lost packages so we recommend purchasing insurance.
