Thank you for visiting my Etsy Shop. Here you will find handmade jewelry created from Precious and Semi-Precious Gemstones, Sterling Silver and PMC (Precious Metal Clay). Quality is important to me, so all of my jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to the best of my ability. If you see something you like but want to make a few changes, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Custom orders are welcome

Payment

•Payment is accepted through PAYPAL. Please pay immediately after purchasing. If you choose to pay with check or money order items will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

SHIPPING
•After payment clears, shipments will go out within 5-7 business days via US Postal Sevice. If for some reason there should be a delay with your order, I will contact you immediately. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders.

PACKAGING
All item will come in a bow-tied decretive organza pouch. Wrapped gift boxes are available upon request for an additional $1.50.

INSURANCE
• I can not be responsible for items once they're in the mail. Please contact me before finalizing your purchase if you wish to add insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS
•I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt, merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging (paid by the buyer) **Custom Orders may not be returned.**

Jewelry Care
All jewelry is handcrafted and some pieces are more delicate than others. For best results, store your jewelry in the plastic zip lock bag that comes with your purchase. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching.

I want you to enjoy your Expressions by Erica Jewelry for years to come. In order to instill the quality and longevity of your piece, please refrain from the following:
1.Do not wear jewelry while sleeping, swimming, exercising, showering or while doing household chores (such as washing dishes)
2.Avoid contact with lotion, hairspray, perfumes and certain household cleaning items such as bleach & chlorine.

Sterling Silver Care
•Store sterling silver in the zip lock bag provided with your purchase to prevent scratching and tarnishing.
•Clean/Polish regularly with a non-abrasive polishing cloth.
•Toothpaste and a soft toothbrush is a great and inexpensive way to remove tarnish from silver.
•Please - DO NOT USE LIQUID JEWELRY CLEANER ON ANY OF THE JEWELRY PURCHASED IN MY SHOP!!! It will ruin the finish and take away the oxidation.

Gemstone Care
•Gently clean gemstone jewelry by hand with diluted dish soap and warn water. Pat dry.

Pearl Care
•Do not store pearls in an overly dry environment.
•Avoid contact with other jewelry while in storage. Pearls are generally softer than other stones and can scratch easily.
•Gently wipe pearls with a damp cloth and pat dry.
