I love making special things that make all women feel pretty, sexy, and fun just the way they are. I am always happy to change things a bit, like color, sleeves and etc. Everything is made by me with love from scratch.

BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES
I offer free shipping on 4 or more bridesmaids dresses purchased at the same time (can be to a different address for each).

Payment

Only after payment is made and cleared is an item is put on my list to make. It takes normally about 1-4 weeks for me to make and ship. Please, feel free to ask me a time quote. If you would like an item sooner than I quote, I charge an additional $50 for rushed orders which includes express shipping. Please convo me about this before purchasing the item.

I don't consider it a sale until payment is sent. I will never leave negative feedback for non-pays, I understand that changes of mind happen.

US SHIPMENTS

I ship most orders USPS 2-3 Priority with tracking.

OUTSIDE OF THE US
I ship mostly first class which takes 1-4 weeks to ship and is cheaper for you. If you need it there faster there are shipping upgrades available so let me know. :) I'd be happy to do it.

CUSTOMS ****PLEASE READ****
Non-US customers
Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. I have no control over this. If you are overseas and need the package by a specific date, convo me about a faster method of shipping before placing your order.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you – I have no control over these charges.

Unfortunately, I can't mark a shipment as a gift. If I get caught I'm subject to a fine of $10,000, YIKES!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all of my customers to be happy. If an item doesn't fit quite right I will alter it for free and refund your shipping. :)

Refunds are a bit tricky because each item is handmade to order and can't really be resold after I've made it. I do understand that sometimes the look just doesn't work on a person. So I do refunds, but minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee and I must be notified within 5 days of receipt. I will credit the restocking fee if you decide to purchase in the future.

-----TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS------

Bust-The bust is the fullest part of the breast with a bra you'd be likely to wear with the garment. If it's for a swimsuit go without the bra or a non-padded light bra.

Underbust- Is at the ribcage underneath the breast.

Waist- The trickiest one, put one hand on your hip and bend to the side in that direction. The part that pinches in is your "true waist", measure from there once you straighten out. It is the smallest part of the waist. It is usually above the belly button.

Waist to Hem- Measure from the waist down your legs to where you'd like the dress to finish.

Hip-Widest part, hold the measuring tape around your hip and pull it down to find the widest part.
If you having trouble finding your waist try this:

Your natural waistline is easy to find using a string. Tie the string so it's snug but comfortable around your waist. Now bend to each side. The string will move to your natural waistline. Check the mirror. This time the line may not be straight and that's fine. Pick up your tape and measure over the string exactly where it is. Make sure not to hold your breath or pull the tape too tight.
