All my jewellery is handmade by me in Melbourne, Australia.

Payment

I accept PayPal and credit cards accepted through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card although the payment will still be processed through PayPal). All prices on Etsy are in US dollars.

Shipping

DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia)
Australian orders will be sent registered post and shipped within 2 working days from when payment is received.
The usual delivery time for domestic orders is between 2-6 working days from the date it was shipped.
If you have not received your order in the expected time frame, please let me know.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Everywhere Else)
International orders will be sent by Air Mail and shipped within 2 working days from when payment is received.
If you would like insurance added to the postage please let me know before placing your order so I can give you a quote for the additional charges.
The usual delivery time for international orders is between 5-10 working days from the date it was shipped.
If you have not received your order after 14 working days, please let me know.
