Welcome

I sell my original illustrations (and, in the future, maybe some other goodies) in this shop. I take great pride in my work and as such I'll be striving to make the whole purchasing experience a happy and successful one.

Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

Shipping

I'll do my best to get your order in the mail within three business days of your purchase. (You'll be notified if it's going to be later than that.) I'll drop you a line when your item is in the mail.

Original paintings will be packed in a bubble envelope and matted to provide additional protection. They will be shipped Priority Mail (with the US Postal Service)

If you would like to insure your order, please note this when you place your order. I'll arrange it at the post office; you'll be responsible for any extra charges there.

Refunds and Exchanges

Barring extensive damage to the the order in transit, I cannot provide refunds.

I try to make sure that photos accurately depict my products, especially in regards to color, but remember that every monitor is different, and the color of the product you buy may not be exactly what you see on your monitor. Hopefully, it will be even better!

Exchanges will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not allowed for commissioned pieces. (See below for more rules about commissions.)

Additional Policies and FAQs

A commission will consist of a sketch (possibly more than 1) for 25% of the price of the final piece. The final piece will cost the remaining 75%. (We can also add an extra step: a color sketch for another 25%. Then the final piece costs the remaining 50%.) This includes you in the creative process and insures that in the unlikely event that we can't come to a decision, I am still compensated for my time.

Commissioned pieces may be put up on my online portfolio. As the illustrator, I retain the publishing/creative rights for the commissioned piece. However, I am open to doing work for publication.
