Welcome

Most of what I make is made just for you, unless specified that it is ready to ship!
I try to get things done and shipped within 2 weeks after payment and size information is received, but if you need something in a hurry, convo me and I will try to rush. Also, things (life) happens in a big way with 7 kids, so sometimes it may take me a day or two longer than the two weeks...I will keep you up to date on your outfit and when it ships! Thanks for ordering from stringbean17.

Payment

I take paypal. Thanks.

Shipping

I ship in a flat rate envelope for 5.00 to US addresses. If you are out of the country and want to order, I will be glad to find out shipping costs. I place each outfit inside a plastic bag, so that it is protected from the elements in the event that your bag or box is dropped in a puddle! I do use the delivery tracking, but if you want insurance, please let me know. It is about $1.80 extra to add and I will adjust your bill or you can add it and include that in a note to me! I look forward to doing business with you!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you order a ready made item and need to return it, I will take it back in its original bag with tags and no wear. You will need to pay shipping to me.
If it is a custom order, my policy is no refunds. If it doesn't work for you, please convo me and I will do what I can to make you happy, but please remember that I have worked hard for you and with the cost of fabrics, my outfits are not overpriced. You are getting a quality boutique custom outfit for a great price!!!
