Welcome to Designs By Janna on Etsy!

Designs By Janna was originally created by me, Janna, with the intentions of focusing on graphic design products. However, my business soon became centered more around handmade accessories and unique gifts. I strive to provide products of excellent quality, and I greatly value the importance of outstanding customer serice. I love arts and crafts, and I enjoy introducing new types of products to my store frequently. Please check back often to see what's new!

Payment

I currently accept PayPal, Google Checkout, and money orders.

Orders will not ship until payment clears. If E-check payments will delay shipping as they take several days to clear. Please contact me if paying by money order.

Please pay within three days of purchase. If you are unable to, please contact me. If payment isn't received after three days and no contact has been made, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

Most items typically ship within three business days, although this is not guaranteed. Large orders, custom orders, and personalized items may take several business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me. Orders may be rushed for an additional fee.

All items are shipped via USPS 1st class mail unless otherwise noted.

International customers are responsible for paying any customs/duty fees.

All items are packaged neatly in cellophane bags and tied with ribbon. Pretty and perfectly ready to give as gifts!

Most items are mailed in new bubble mailers for added protection. Hand-blown glass items are bubble-wrapped and mailed in boxes since they are more fragile.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If you are unhappy with the products you receive or if you are not 100% satisfied with the transaction, please contact me so I can try to resolve any problems. Returns may be accepted if you contact me and return the items within seven business days. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

DISCOUNTS:
If you have a coupon code, please enter it during checkout, and I will promptly send you a revised invoice. Offers cannot be combined. One code per customer.

OTHER:
Most of my hair accessories can be customized to fit your needs. For example, if you see a fabric or design on a ponytail holder that you love but would like it on barrettes or earrings instead... please just contact me first to ask if the change is possible. If you would prefer a different size button or hair band, I will be more than happy to adjust the listing or to create a custom listing for you.
