Hello and thanks for stopping into my lovely little shop! As you may have noticed, boudoir betty is a seriously sexy store. I take great pride in the creativity and workmanship that goes into the items I have on offer. I hope you enjoy them too!

Attaching Pasties:
There are many options, here are a few:

****I cannot vouch for any of these shops, as I usually just buy toupe tape at the local beauty supply store. Please let me know if any of them cause you trouble!

Materials
It is possible that the errant sequin or bit of marabou fluff with shed off some items. I've test driven quite a few of these items (none of them for sale, of course ;)) and in my experience this doesn't distract from their beauty or utility. I ship sequined and bejeweled items with supplemental sequins to fill gaps in the event a few go missing. Slight damage to pasties is much more likely to happened if you are wearing the pasties under a bra...this is just part of normal wear and tear.

Glue Spots
Glue spots happen, especially on matte sequins. I do my best to avoid them, but if it comes down to a few glue spots for some extra durability, I err on the side of glue spots. I do not retouch the sequins on my pastie images, and I upload them at maximum resolution, so you should be able to see anything that might be bothersome.

Payment

Deadlines:
*Paypal payment must be received within five business days
*Money Orders must be received within ten business days
*I will not begin to create you pasties until payment is received, therefor the "one week" turn around time begins from when payment is received.

*Items will be re-listed if payment is not received within these deadlines

*Items will not be shipped until payment is received

Cancellations
*Cancellations are accepted up until the item has been shipped, for a full refund for non-pastie products. For pasties, cancellations are accepted up until the custom pastie has been created.

*If the item has shipped you will need to follow the procedure outlined in refunds and exchanges.

*Repeated cancellations by the same customer will result in a restocking fee.

Shipping

* I ship using standard USPS mail delivery service.

* If you wish to upgrade or expedite shipping please indicate so in the comments section when you make your purchase. You may also convo me within 24 hours of placing your order to upgrade shipping.

* For orders over $50, delivery confirmation is included in the shipping rate. For orders over $100 insurance is including in the shipping rate. You may request delivery confirmation or insurance for an additional charge on any other purchase.

* Items are typically packaged in tissue paper to prevent damage in transit. I ship in both cardboard boxes and padded envelopes.

* On all international orders the buyer is responsible for customs fees.

* Items are shipped within two weeks of the receipt of payment in full, for all in stock items.

* For custom orders, shipping is as indicated in the listing. Please convo me for more details about my shipping time table.

* I will ship to a giftee's address, I do offer gift wrapping for an additional charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

*Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted on any of the items sold in the "toys" category, pasties or earrings for sanitary reasons.

*Refunds and Exchanges are accepted on kits if the kit is unopened. Partial refunds are not given on bulk orders.

*Merchandise credit will be issued for defects in workmanship (up to 3 months) and damage in transit, after I've examined the item. The cost of shipping the item back to me will be included in the merchandise credit. Convo me with pictures of the item before you ship it back.

*Feather items are delicate and it is unlikely that you will receive a merchandise credit for damage to a feather item, I buy the best quality feather materials I can find, but I cannot guarantee their durability.

*Custom orders cannot be returned.

* I offer bulk rates on pastie making kits to facilitation pastie making parties, which I think are fabulous!!

* I live in a smoke free and animal free home. However, I use a great deal of feathers in my work. If you would like something to be 100% feather free, I can do a custom order, which I will make in a feather/pet/smoke free friend's house.
