Welcome to yarn about yarn.

I am a textile artist living in Australia whose favourite medium is fibre. Primarily a knitter, I have started designing my own patterns. I can also be tempted by felting, weaving & spinning.

Payment

All prices, including shipping/postage costs, are given in US dollars.

Payment is appreciated within 3 days of purchase.

Paypal is available for all buyers, with direct bank deposit also available for Australian customers. Local customers are welcome to arrange pick up of their purchase, saving postage costs.Please contact me for details if you wish to pay by direct deposit or arrange local pick up.

Shipping

Shipping is available worldwide at very reasonable cost, and will be carried out within 24 hours of receiving payment (weekends & public holidays excluded).

I am not responsible for any local taxes/customs fees etc that you may incur.

I take care with the packaging of your purchase to ensure it arrives safely, however if you require insurance please contact me for an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible.

Any returns are at the purchaser's expense and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If your purchase is a gift I am happy to gift wrap (for a nominal charge), include a personal note & ship direct to your "giftee" on your behalf.

At this time I am unable to definitely commit to custom orders but please contact me with any enquiries.

Consignment enquiries welcome.

I retain the right to all works & images produced and as such they may not be used without my permission.
