Welcome

My aim is to bring you lovely art, pretty textile items, and curious accessories that are handmade and completely unique.

All work is copyright by me. Original artworks may not be reproduced by anyone but me. Purchase of original art does not transfer copyright. I keep images of all of my original works on file and still retain the right to reproduce any of my works via print or any other means.

ENVIRONMENT - All of my items are created in a smoke free, clean environment. I have two cats, but I do not allow them to go into my studio.

PRINTING INFORMATION - I use iprintfromhome.com, printers of fine art and photography. As is typical for reproducing acrylic/oil on canvas paintings, my works are photographed, not scanned, in order to best convey the texture and natural colour variations in the art work. Print colours are true to the original art work - if a batch of prints is not true to the original art work, I won't sell them, plain and simple as that.
They are printed on high quality and long-lasting matte kodak endura photo paper. All of my prints now come with a small 1/4 inch white border around them to aid framers.

Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time, and I ask that payment be made at the time of checkout unless you contact me first explaining your situation. I'm very understanding as long as I know!

Shipping

I ship to the address you provide through Etsy, not Paypal. Please note in the "Message to Seller" section if you would like it shipped elsewhere.

I try to ship within 48 hours/2 business days of order. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping costs include packaging costs. I will issue partial refunds if I have overestimated shipping/packaging costs.

I am happy to ship internationally! Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any international customs charges that may incur.

My items are packaged in the safest possible way. I try to recycle clean packaging where I can. Reuse and recycle what you get from me and be green.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns within two weeks of receipt, shipping paid by you. Refunds will be issued once the item is received by me. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If there is a problem, please speak to me BEFORE leaving feedback.

Regarding postal service problems, original art and textile items (not including prints) will be insured within the US, and you will be refunded. Prints will be replaced. It is my aim to make you, my customer, happy, and I will do everything in my power to right the situation.

If there is a problem, please know that I am quite friendly and will happily do whatever I can to solve it, so come to me first before leaving feedback. I want you to be happy, and I will do everything in my power to right the situation.
