I will combine shipping for orders through monstershots.etsy.com and diananorman.etsy.com. Custom designs are available as well, just ask!

Payment

Payment:
Orders should be paid for within 3 days, or it will be relisted.

I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and checks/money orders. If paying by check/money order, make sure to leave a note to seller.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 2 days of cleared payment, but usually within 24 hours. Most orders under 13 ounces have FREE First Class domestic shipping in the US.

Leave a note with the order if you need: international shipping rates, USPS Priority Mail(usually +$4.80) and Shipping Insurance (usually + $1.70). I will send you a modified invoice. I can reserve an item and check the international shipping rates, just send a request with the item description and your postal code.

Packages that are lost or damaged in transit without insurance cannot be refunded or replaced.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please let me know within 3 days of receiving of your order. Tell me if there is anything I can do to make things right, or for information on how to return the item. Shipping/Handling fees will not be refunded.

Environment:

My items are made with joy and love. They are stored from components to finished piece in a clean, pet-free, fragrance-free, harsh-chemical-free studio in Canton, NY.

I use clean, recycled materials for shipping when possible. This is not only good for the environment, but keeps cost down for you as well. If you would like new packaging or a gift box just add a note and I can modify your invoice (+$1.50)
