Shipping

I like to use priority mail or first class mail.
You can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.

I am willing to ship internationally. Convo me with your location and I will get an accurate estimate within the week.(As soon as I get to the post office.)

The cost of shipping DOES NOT include insurance or tracking. If you would like to add these to your order please let me know before you checkout & I'll let you know the amount and adjust the cost of your item. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE. I would suggest buying insurance for large orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund items that you are not satisfied with MINUS SHIPPING.
Please contact me prior to returning an item.
Items returned prior to contacting me will not be refunded.

If your item is just not what you expected, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 14 days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I rarely do custom orders on crafts and sewing- it just sucks the fun out of it if you know what I mean. However, I will make minor adjustments.
