Payment

Payment is accepted by Paypal only. All payments must be sent within three days of purchase of yarn. After three days, the purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Shipping costs/methods are as follows:

United States - Items will ship via First Class Mail. The cost is $3.00 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item after that.

Canada - Items will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. The cost is $4.00 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item after that.


United Kingdom - Items will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. The cost is $4.50 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item after that.

I typically ship yarn within 24 hours of confirmation of payment from PayPal. On occassion, it may take up to 48 hours for yarn to ship. I ship through Paypal; you will get an email when the label has been printed for shipment.

If you live somewhere that is not listed above, please contact me and we can work out the shipping cost. I would be happy to send you yarn/roving.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of receipt of item.

Yarn will only be accepted if it is still in the skein or if it was wound into a ball before shipment.

Roving will only be accepted for a refund if it is still in the original condition in which it was sent (i.e. it must still be in the braid).

If you do want to send the item back, I will refund you the cost of the item once the item is received. The original shipping cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return.

I encourage a discussion if you are not fully satisfied with your product before mailing it back.
