Shipping

All items are shipped Priority mail and insured for the cost of the item. Any excess in the amount charged for shipping will be reimbursed to the buyer. Every item will arrive in a silver gift box perfect for gift giving!

Refunds and Exchanges

REPAIRS

I do my best to insure that my pieces are as sturdy as possible. However, some slip through the cracks and a thread or two will snap. Should this happen on anything purchased from my shop, I will repair the piece free of charge. The customer need only cover the cost of shipping, payable by check when returning the item for repair. Just convo me on details.

I never want anything to go wrong, but be assured I will always be here to help.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If there is something you are envisioning, feel free to speak up! Convo me for details on your dream necklace or bracelet, etc. If you see something in my shop that you would like in a different color just notify me and I can make it special just for you at the price listed! There is no extra charge for special requests. I like to bead and make others smile, so that is payment enough. :-)
