Welcome to "Ye Olde Candle Cubbard". We specialize in all types of candles, tarts, room sprays and much more. Only the finest waxes (soyblend and paraffin) are used as well as the highest quality of fragrance oils available.

Payment

Payments are due within 2 days of purchase.

I accept Paypal payments and Money Orders. E-Checks thru Paypal will be held until cleared.

Shipping

Shipping varies. I ship USPS Priority, Flat Rate and Fedex, whichever will cost my customers less. Since the shipping calculator doesn't calculate on exact weights, you may request a total before payment is made. I will be more than happy to adjust your invoice to correct the shipping charges. Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping price.

I highly recommend purchasing insurance on jar candles. I will not be responsible for broken jars if not covered by insurance. If a jar breaks due to my negligence, then I will replace the candle.

My jar candles and tarts are packed in bubblewrap, packing peanuts and air pillows. There is absolutely NO additional weight in packaging. I charge what the PO or Fedex charge me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds.
