Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

I accept payment only thru Paypal at this time. PayPal eChecks must clear prior to shipping.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours of payment being received (sometimes sooner!)

International buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any and all customs fees due upon delivery of your package, the shipping cost paid to me is only for carriage, not the customs fees that vary greatly depending on what country you live in.

Refunds and Exchanges

I love my bead and glass creations and hope you do too. But.... if you don't just contact me as I do accept returns within a reasonable amount of time and will refund your payment ( less S&H ) if you are unhappy with your purchase. I do REQUIRE that you contact me prior to returning items.
