My items are either one of a kind creations or vintage goodies found at estate sales.

Payment

I take Paypal and money orders for U.S. sales, PayPal only for international orders.
I will ship within 2 work days of receiving your payment, unless an item is being customized for you-a target ship date will be communicated to you then.

Shipping

I will normally select a USPS shipping method that is the least costly for you. If you have a preference that is different, just email me for a quote.
On most all my items, I provide complimentary insurance coverage-this
protects both of us from any shipping mishaps.
I recycle shipping material whenever possible, and wrap carefully, so that your selection arrives safely.
Shipping is done M-F, and I strive to ship your item within 2 days of receiving payment-
excluding custom orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

I back my items with a money back policy, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact me within 7 days of receiving, and I will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
*Due to the personal aspect of custom orders, I am unable to offer a refund for these purchases. I send several photo's as we create a custom item, and ask for final approval before completing the process.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If returning an item for a refund, I do not refund charges for shipping.
