Welcome to my Etsy shop. You can buy from me with confidence. I've been making and selling jewelry since 1975 and have a large, loyal following of satisfied and repeat customers. I pride myself on the quality of my work which is all meticulously hand fabricated with great attention to detail.

Payment

PayPal only at this time.

Shipping

I ship items daily. Your item will ship same or next business day upon receipt of payment. You will receive an email if this does not occur for some reason. Custom orders will be shipped according to the delivery estimate provided in the quote.

I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Items over $50 include insurance in the price of shipping.

Your piece will be carefully packed in an earth-friendly gift box, a gauzy drawstring bag or a small little gift "purse." There will be no indication of the fact that there is jewelry in the box or its value. The return label will simply say "Nancy Troske" or "SLJ" In the unlikely event the piece is damaged in shipping, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

Refunds and Exchanges

100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item to arrange for its return. It must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You may request either an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. (Item must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received. I suggest a track-able shipper such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS - you pay return shipping.)

Custom Orders are FINAL and returns will not be accepted unless damaged upon receipt.

If you have something in mind or would like something that was already sold, please don't hesitate to convo me. In many cases I can make a similar one, although with my pieces no two are ever alike.
