Payment

Presently, Paypal is my only accepted method of payment. Please pay for your item as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 48 hours after purchase, the sale will be rejected and the item will be listed again.

Shipping

I ship through the United States Postal Service to the United States and Canada. (If you live elsewhere, please read below.) The shipping price listed for each item is usually for priority mail. Therefore, your item is expected to arrive within two to seven days once it has been shipped. If you would like insurance on your package, or if you would like a rush shipping order, please contact me.

I prefer to ship close to home, but if you do live outside of the United States or Canada, please contact me before purchasing an item so that I can adjust the shipping appropriately.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, but I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ask any questions that you may have about an item before purchasing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do offer custom orders in many cases. However, please be aware that custom orders take more time and are often more costly than items that have already been fabricated. I strive to offer quality custom orders in a timely and affordable manner. Please contact me for details if you are interested in a custom order.
