Welcome to my Etsy Shop.

IMPORTANT NOTE PARTICULARLY NEW BUYERS: Please check you have made payment even if you think you have, especially if buying from several sellers at once. On Etsy you can buy from several sellers in one checkout but each seller has to be paid separately. Do this by going to 'purchases' in 'your etsy' and clicking the pay button next to the purchases made from each individual seller.

Payment

I accept instant payment by paypal or credit cards through the paypal system.payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If the shipping paid on multiple item orders is in excess of shipping and packaging costs I refund the difference back to your paypal account. If you wish to have a shipping quote for an order please send an etsy conversation in advance of purchasing.

I do not offer a credit service so please do not buy expecting to pay several days later. Please mark items as favourites and buy when you have the money to make an instant payment.

Orders unpaid and with no communication from the buyer will be cancelled within 24 hours in case of buyers with little or no feedback. This is because of the high number of new buyers who do not pay and never respond to communications.For established etsy members with good feedback I will hold orders longer but if no communication and agreement is made the order will be cancelled after 3 days.

I am sorry but I am unable to accept western union payments from any country nor cheques (checks) or postal (money) orders. This is unfortunately because the fees to process non UK payments of these types is astronomical, often higher than the order amount.

As a seller I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country so please make sure you are aware of your country's import charges for goods from England.

Shipping

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDER SHIPPING COSTS:Etsy takes the shipping amount of item with the highest shipping then the 'if shipped with another item' amount of each additional item bought is added to this basic shipping cost....e.g. Purchase a scarf (shipping $5.00,if shipped with another item $1.50), pebbles (shipping $4.00,if shipped with another item $0.50) and fibers (shipping $4.50,if shipped with another item $1.00). The scarf has the highest shipping cost so the shipping charged would be the scarf shipping amount plus the 'if shipped with another item' amounts of the pebbles and fiber $5.00 + $0.50 + $1.00 = $6.50.

As parcels are charged according to size and weight here in England sometimes when shipping your parcel I find the combination of items you have purchased can be shipped for less than the amount charged on Etsy in which case I refund any excess shipping paid back to your paypal account/card.

I am based in England and post all items within the UK either by Royal mail, parcelforce or courier depending on which is most appropriate for each order.

I am an experienced international shipper.Orders to destinations outside the UK are sent via Airmail or whichever quick method of shipping is most suitable for your purchase.

All items are shipped in quality new packaging to ensure arrival in perfect condition.

Please remember to check that your Etsy and paypal address details are correct and are the same. If they are not the same then please email to let me know which is your correct shipping address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please email before making returns.Return item in the condition I sent within 7 days for refund of the item cost. Postage and packing including return postage and packing will not be refunded.

Please ensure all returns are well packaged and it is recommended that all returns are sent by an insured or signed for postal/shipping method for your security as, you can understand, I cannot refund items I don't receive for inspection and in a fit state for resale.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please do remember that I am in England therefore be aware of time differences between our countries when expecting responses to convos and orders being posted. What may be morning or afternoon in your country may be the middle of the night over here : )

Please check etsy converations regularly after making purchases in case of a problem with your transaction.

I work between Monday and Friday GMT on answering convos, orders and teaching but treasure weekends and evenings for family and concentrating on producing new art.
