Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the personal nature of hats, I do not give refunds, however I do stand by my quality and craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with some aspect of your hat, please let me know upon delivery and I would be happy to correct it.

**ALL hats are made with an adjustable sweat band, so you no longer have to worry about measuring your head! BUT...if you know you have an abnormally large noggin the following instructions should be followed:
Measure your size in inches with a soft tape measure placed loosely around your head about an inch above your eyebrows.
